Loving Kindness - guided meditation
(18 min) Welcome to this Just Be guided meditation. This is a heart practice called Metta, or loving-kindness, meditation used to cultivate an open and warm heart towards yourself and others. In this meditation, we will be using the traditional phrases progressing through all five categories: Oneself, a loved one, a neutral person, someone that you’re having difficulty with, and the world at large.
