How my journey began

Hello everyone, I am Robin Hart Cohen. I began my meditation practice in 2013 during a very difficult part of my life that led me to suffer from anxiety and depression. Through years of practice, I began to develop the skills to navigate my life with a new and kind awareness. Mindful meditation helped me so profoundly that I decided to share it with others.

I went on to graduate from Insight LA’s Facilitator Training Program and Jack Kornfield and Tara Barch’s 2-year Mindfulness Meditation Teachers Certification Program. I am a member of the International Meditation Teacher’s Association and have certificates of completion from UC Berkeley for the Power of Awareness course as well as from the UC San Diego Mindfulness Center for the ”Do No Harm” course.

I have a deep passion and gratitude for all mindful meditation practices (body, emotions, thoughts, loving kindness). In addition, my years of being a professional dancer and personal trainer have given me a deeper perspective and understanding of the connection the body has with trauma, both physical and mental.

I hope to share the wisdom I have learned in using mindfulness as a path to healing and accessing all the other gifts the body and mind provide.

Just be,

Robin
